With 3.5 years in the design industry, I’ve helped launch a new product for an NDA protected insurance client, build loyalty and rewards experiences at Penn Entertainment, rebuilt legacy systems in Wells Fargo's Consumer Financing Program, and built out an MVP for Flock Shopping's beauty e-commerce platform. I am currently taking the OOUX Foundations course through Rewired UX to improve my ability to untangle complex systems.
Redesigning booking management to increase retention and revenue
How I designed the Penn App’s booking management feature to allow users to alter or edit their bookings, reducing user complaints and decreasing the frequency of customer calls and front desk visits.
